Electric & Hybrid Marine Technology International was keen to find out more about BlueNav’s retractable electric motors from the company’s Cédric Perra and Floriane Grussenmeyer, who are on the company’s stand at Electric & Hybrid Marine Expo Europe 2024 in Amsterdam. They explained how operators can use combustion engines for speed, and BlueNav’s BlueSpin electric motor for harbor maneuverability and environmental benefits. The system can be equipped on various vessels and switching between modes is designed to be easy.
